Mixture:
1/3 cup of butter or margarine at room temperature
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup of all-purpose flour
Covering:
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
180g of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup of chopped hazelnuts or almonds
Chocolate Glaze:
1 1/2 tablespoons of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 tablespoons of boiling water
1 cup of confectioner's sugar
Mixture:

Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C)
Mix together the butter or margarine, cocoa powder, and flour to form a mixture
Press into an ungreased 33x20cm baking dish
Bake for about 10 minutes
Make the covering: Mix together the eggs, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract
Add in the flour and baking powder
Combine with the chocolate chips and nuts
Spread over the baked mixture and bake until golden (about 20 minutes)
Let cool and top with the chocolate glaze made by mixing together the chocolate chips, butter or margarine, and boiling water
Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened and smooth
Add in the confectioner's sugar and mix well
