Crust
1 package of chocolate wafers, crushed (220g)
1/2 cup unsalted butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup peanut butter
Filling and Topping
2 cups shredded coconut (250g fresh or 150g dried)
1 can of condensed milk
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Crust

Crust: In a medium bowl, mix well the wafers, butter or margarine, and peanut butter
Transfer the crust mixture to an ungreased 9x13-inch baking dish and press it evenly into the bottom
Bake for 10 minutes at medium heat in a preheated oven
Let cool completely
Filling: Mix all the ingredients (except the chocolates) and spread evenly over the crust
Bake for an additional 18 to 20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned
Remove from the oven and let cool completely
In a small saucepan, combine both types of chocolate and melt over low heat in a water bath
Spread the melted chocolate over the coconut and refrigerate for 4 hours
Cut into bars and serve at room temperature.
