1 1/2 kg of small sweet potatoes
1/2 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of thyme
1 tablespoon of rosemary
1 1/2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon of salt
black pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 1/2 kg of small sweet potatoes
1/2 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of thyme
1 tablespoon of rosemary
1 1/2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups of milk
Wash the sweet potatoes and boil them in salted water until they are tender
Peel them
Sauté the onion in butter over low heat
Don't let it brown too much
Add the seasonings, flour, salt, and pepper
Remove from heat
Gradually add the milk while stirring constantly
Heat again and cook until smooth
Place the sweet potatoes in a well-greased baking dish
Spread the cream over them and bake in a preheated oven at 425°F for 25 minutes
Serve hot.
