Arrange half of the sweet potatoes in a 20 cm diameter refractory dish, greased with olive oil
Place half of the Gorgonzola cheese and onion on top

Repeat the operation with the remaining ingredients
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven (180°C) preheated for 1 hour or until tender
