Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (170°C)
Melt the butter and fry the sweet potato wedges until they're golden brown on both sides
Arrange in a refractory form
Mix the remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the sweet potatoes
Place in the preheated oven at moderate temperature (170°C) and bake for about 20 minutes or until the surface is crispy
Serve hot
Cut into four portions.
