1 Heat the olive oil in a skillet over high heat
Add the garlic and sauté until it starts to brown
Add the onion, spinach fritter, and sauté for five minutes or until the spinach is tender
Season with salt to taste
2 Transfer to a food processor and process until smooth
Add the remaining ingredients and process until a paste forms
Serve with pão arabe or crackers.
