Cut the tomato, onion, and bell pepper into thin strips
Blend everything in a blender with salt and garlic. Reserve
Cook the seafood in boiling water, placing the powder first as it takes longer to cook
After boiling, add the seasoned mixture blended in the blender
Once the seafood is cooked, drain the water and let it cool
Before serving, arrange on a platter with lettuce, green corn, carrot, peas, olives, potato, and beetroot
