2 large onions, diced
1 tablespoon of butter
1 cup of water
4 ears of green corn
1 cup of milk
3 eggs, separated
1 cup of fresh grated cheese
6 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon of yeast
salt to taste

Fry the onion in butter for a few minutes
Add the water and let it simmer until the onion is soft
Remove from heat and let it cool
Chop the corn kernels and blend with milk in a blender
Add the cooked onion, egg yolks, cheese, and mix until smooth
Transfer to a bowl and add flour and yeast
Mix well
Finally, add the beaten egg whites (not too dry) and mix carefully
Place in a 23 x 25 cm greased baking dish and bake at 200°C for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Cut into squares and serve as a snack or with meat
Lasts 35 days.
