1 medium chicken

4 large eggs beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup chopped pimentos

Rinse the chicken pieces with lime juice and coat in seasoned flour (1/4 cup)
Fry in 50g melted butter
Mix together all-purpose flour, salt, and active dry yeast
Beat eggs, milk, and 3 tablespoons melted butter
Add the dough mixture
Mix well
Add pimentos
Pour the dough into a greased baking dish
Place chicken pieces on top
Leave a small space between the chicken pieces for the dough to rise
Bake in a moderate oven for 45 minutes or 1 hour
Let it rest for 4 hours.
