Bring the water to a boil and let it simmer
Add 1 tablespoon of salt and the meat
After about 20 minutes, add the parsley
Cook until the meat is tender
Add a little more water if necessary
Remove the meat from the pan and cut it into small cubes
Fry the meat in olive oil with chopped onions and tomatoes for a few minutes
Season to taste with salt and pepper
Place in a refrigerated baking dish greased with butter
Sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs
Cover with broken butter or margarine
Put it in a hot oven (200°C) and let it bake for about 20 minutes
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped scallions
