1 medium onion (100g) finely chopped
1/4 cup of butter (50g)
500g of tender beef strips, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup of cream (240ml)
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of ketchup
1 cup of mushroom in brine, drained (160g)
1 dash of black pepper

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chopped onion and butter
Microwave on high for 4 minutes or until the onion is softened, stirring halfway through
Add the beef strips, cover and microwave on high for 7 minutes or until the beef is cooked to your liking, stirring every 2 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and microwave on high for an additional minute to warm everything through
Serve immediately
