6 hard-boiled eggs

1 red bell pepper, cut into strips

Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise
Remove the yolks and mash them well, adding mayonnaise, lime zest, salt, curry powder, and mustard, mixing until smooth
Fill the egg whites with this mixture, smoothing it out with a knife
Mash the zucchini well and then squeeze out any excess water
Season with salt, pepper, and a few drops of English dressing
Arrange some zucchini on top of each egg half and garnish with red bell pepper strips
Refrigerate covered until serving time
