1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of ketchup
4 slices of black pudding
8 star-shaped eggs
strips of anchovies or red pepper flakes in brine

Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup
Spread a little of this mixture over each slice of black pudding
Top each slice with 2 star-shaped eggs and place two filaments of anchovies or 2 strips of red pepper flakes in brine across each one.
