In a blender, beat all the ingredients until well combined. Reserve

In a large bowl, mix all the fillings and reserve
Place half the dough in a prepared tart shell, cover with the filling, and top with the remaining dough
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown
Serving: slice into portions.
