4 large cooked and diced sweet potatoes (about 6 medium-sized)

If you want to serve warm, mix all the ingredients with the sweet potatoes still warm and heat until the cream starts to bubble, stirring constantly
Sprinkle with additional green olives and a pinch of salt
If you want to serve cold, let the sweet potatoes cool and mix all the ingredients
Serve 6 portions.
