Place layers of sweet potato in the center of a doubled piece of aluminum foil, approximately 45 x 50 cm
Sprinkle with salt, chopped onion, black pepper, and hot sauce
Drizzle with olive oil
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, and crispy bacon
Fold the sides longer than the paper to seal it twice
Grill at a distance of 12 cm from the flames
Place the package with the closed side down near the edge of the grill
Grill for 20 minutes
Using a long-handled fork, flip the package and grill for an additional 20 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
