Step 1: Boil the manioc in enough water to cover it for 40 minutes, or until it becomes very tender
Then, drain and remove the central fiber
Step 2: Pass the cooked manioc through a food processor and place it in a pot
Step 3: Add the milk gradually, stirring vigorously
Bring to a simmer, without stopping to stir, and add the butter

Step 4: Remove from heat and reserve
