6 oranges
1/4 cup of Curaçao, Cointreau or Grand Marnier
6 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 tablespoons of sugar
4 cooked sweet potatoes, peeled and mashed

Cut the tops off the oranges
Remove the pulp
Mix the liqueur, butter, and sugar in a saucepan, and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally
Pour this mixture over the mashed sweet potatoes
Beat well
Fill the oranges, bake in a moderate oven (170°F) for about 30 minutes
This is perfect to accompany roasted pork or turkey.
