1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of Toddy
1 tablespoon of butter (the one that was reserved)

Beat all the ingredients in a blender until it forms a cream
Place in a baking dish and top with pudding cream
Pudding Cream
Mix all the ingredients together and bring to a simmer over low heat
Pour over the sweet potato cream and, after chilling, refrigerate.
