In a bowl, mix the chicken with the yogurt and salt. Reserve
Heat the curry powder in a pan over high heat for two minutes, until it starts to release its aroma
Be careful not to burn
Remove from heat and add it to the yogurt and chicken mixture
Season with salt and black pepper and assemble the sandwich
Cut the loaf of bread in half
In one half, place the lettuce
Spread the chicken breast and cover with lettuce again
Finish with the other half of the bread.
