4 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of ketchup
1 tablespoon of paprika (or more, to taste)
a few drops of hot sauce
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of grated lime zest
2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice
1 1.5 kg chicken, cut into pieces
4 tablespoons of finely chopped onion

Preheat the oven
Mix together the onion, water, ketchup, paprika, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, lime zest, and lime juice
Place in a baking dish and cook slowly for 5 minutes
Wash and pat dry the chicken pieces
Baste them with the glaze on both sides
Arrange in an ungreased baking sheet with the skin side down
Roast for 25 minutes
Flip the chicken pieces and baste again with the glaze
Roast until the chicken is tender, about 4 portions
