2 chicken breasts, cut in half and boneless
Sauce:
3 1/2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon of fresh thyme
1 tablespoon of fresh sage
a few drops of hot pepper sauce
to taste salt and black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

Mix the sauce ingredients
Dip the chicken breasts in the sauce
Place them in a baking dish and cover with the remaining sauce
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for about 20 minutes, basting occasionally
