3 1.5 kg chicken breasts, cut in half or into 4 pieces
3 tablespoons Aji-no-moto
salt

1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1 small papaya, mashed
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1-inch piece of ginger
1 pinch of salt

1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1-inch piece of ginger

Season the chicken with Aji-no-moto, salt, and pepper
Mix lime juice, soy sauce, and olive oil
Set aside to baste the chicken
Combine the remaining ingredients and soy sauce
Leave to simmer for 2 minutes; reserve and serve with the chicken
Heat the oven
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish lined with aluminum foil, skin side down
Baste with the marinade
Grill for 1/2 hour on each side, basting with the marinade
Serve warm.
