1 1/2 cups of sour cream mixed with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1/4 cup of lemon juice
Thyme to sprinkle

Mix the flour with the sour cream, milk, and lemon juice
Season and place over the rabbit
Cover and roast for another 20 minutes, at the same power or until the meat is tender
Sprinkle with thyme and serve
