Scoop out the flesh of the sweet potatoes while still warm, forming a shell
Reserve the scooped-out pulp
Mash the reserved pulp with crumbled cheese, milk, and garlic mayonnaise to form a puree
Brown the garlic and onion in olive oil
Add the turnip greens, salt, and puree; stir quickly
Stuff the sweet potatoes with the mixture, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and warm in the oven.
