4 large potatoes
1 cup ricotta cheese crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup cubed mozzarella cheese
To taste salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
4 slices of pastrami

Boil the potatoes in water until they are tender but not falling apart
Drain and let cool slightly

Cut a lid on top of each potato

Remove some of the potato's pulp, creating a cavity

Mix together the ricotta cheese crumbled, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese to form a paste

Add the cubed mozzarella cheese, potato pulp removed, salt, and chopped parsley to the paste

Distribute the filling into each potato's cavity and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
