Season the potato with salt and cook it over low heat in a non-stick skillet with 1 cup of water
When boiling, let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and most of the water has evaporated

Add heavy cream and lime juice, sprinkle with nutmeg, and mix well
Serve with chicken and garnish with cinnamon sticks.
