Cook the potatoes with their skins in a steam cooker, or use a steamer basket and a pot
Sprinkle salt and oregano over them
Cook for 20 minutes
Transfer to a baking dish, top with butter, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Bake for 4 servings.
