3 cups (whole milk) of low-fat milk
1 large carrot
1 cup of plain yogurt, chilled
2 tablespoons (scoop) of honey
1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice, chilled
Ice to taste

Place the milk and grated carrot in a blender
Blend well
Strain the milk through a fine-mesh sieve and return it to the blender
Add the yogurt and honey and blend for one minute
Add the orange juice and ice, blending only until combined, and serve in medium-sized glasses
If desired, garnish with a mint leaf
