Cut the bread in half
Lay 1/4 of the roast beef slices on the bottom half of the bread
Top with 1/4 of the tomato slices and reserve
In a medium skillet over medium heat, warm 2 tablespoons of water (480ml) without boiling
Dip one slice of cheese in the water, allowing it to start melting, then remove with a spatula and place on top of the tomato
Sprinkle with a pinch of salt
Cover with the other half of the bread
Transfer to a plate and serve immediately
