1 Use the cookie cutter to cut out the puff pastry
Heat a non-stick pan with oil over low heat and fry the pastry circles until golden brown
2 Place on paper towels to remove excess grease
3 Chop the guava jam and melt it in a water bath
Place a spoonful of guava jam on each pastry circle, then cover with another one
4 Dust with sugar and cinnamon mixture and serve.
