1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons (heaping) of butter
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
1 cup of yogurt
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill (endive)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 cooked and well-chopped eggplant
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons (heaping) of butter
1 tablespoon grated ginger

1 cup of yogurt
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill (endive)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 cooked and well-chopped eggplant
Sauté the onion in butter in a pan until it's soft
Add the ginger, salt, black pepper, and yogurt
Stir
Add the fresh dill, parsley, and eggplant
Stir again
Serve 4 portions.
