Peel the eggplant, cut it into slices 1 cm thick and sprinkle with lime
Grease a refractory form and make layers of eggplant, cheese, pork, and oregano, ending with cheese
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C), preheated, for about 30 minutes or until the eggplant is soft
Serve hot.
