1 slice of tender mignon beef (160 g)

2 cups of vegetable oil for frying
4 slices of Provolone cheese
2 slices of Forman's bread

Grind the beef with the flat side of a meat mallet until it becomes fine
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Dredge in breadcrumbs, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs again
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and fry until golden brown on both sides
Drain and cut into 12 pieces
Place slices of Provolone cheese over slices of Forman's bread, bake in a preheated oven until the cheese starts to melt
Cut each slice into six pieces and place a piece of beef over each piece of bread, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
