8 large tomatoes

Core the tomatoes, cut them in half, remove the seeds
Finely chop and pass through a sieve or liquidizer
Mix 1 cup of puree
Combine with tomato puree and season to taste with salt and pepper sauce
Soak gelatin powder in cold water
Melt in a double boiler until dissolved
Add to the tomato mixture
Join heavy cream slightly whipped and mayonnaise
Place in individual molds and refrigerate
To serve, unmold over lettuce leaves and garnish with cooked and cooled shrimp.
