20 assorted mini breads (bunsaguinha, French peas, ciabatta)
400 g of Peruvian white meat (available at supermarkets)
1 lime, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
4 tomato slices
1 cup of chopped lettuce
2 tablespoons of pesto sauce (available at supermarkets)
2 cucumber slices
3 tablespoons of mustard
1 red bell pepper (optional)
Chopped parsley to taste
Salt, oil, and black pepper to taste

Place the Peruvian white meat in a bowl and mix with lime, bell pepper, and parsley
Let it rest for 1 hour
Remove the meat and lightly fry it in an oiled skillet
Let it cool
Cut the bread in half, brush each half with oil, and lightly fry them in an oiled skillet. Reserve
Cut the white meat into thin strips and assemble the sandwiches
Spread tomato, chopped lettuce, and cucumber on one half of the bread
Mix mustard with pesto sauce and spread it on the other half of the bread
Place the white meat and sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste
