Milk
4 cups (1 3/4 teaspoons) of all-purpose flour
1 cup (2/3 cup) of whole milk
100g of butter, softened

Stuffing
10 finely chopped sausages (almost crushed)
1 diced onion
1/2 cup (3/4 teaspoon) of green pimento
150g of shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons of sour cream

Finely chopped salsa to taste
1 egg, beaten for brushing

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, milk, butter, salt, and yeast
Work the dough until it's smooth and doesn't stick to your hands
Let the dough rest for 25 minutes
Stuffing
In another mixing bowl, combine the sausages, onion, pimento, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, and salsa
Open the dough, spread the stuffing, and roll it like a sausage rock cake
Place in an ungreased baking dish, brush with egg, and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool slightly before serving.
