For the dough
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 pinch of salt
2/3 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg lightly beaten
For the filling
200g of cured ham or cooked and sliced ham
200g of cheddar cheese, sliced
For the dough
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Combine the first three ingredients in a bowl and make a depression in the center
In another bowl, combine the yogurt, butter, and egg, and mix well
Add to the flour mixture and only mix until moistened
Grease 10 molds with 8cm diameter and fill each one with 1 tablespoon of dough. Reserve
Roll a slice of ham along with a slice of cheese and cut in half
Fill the center of each mold with one of these halves and cover with the remaining dough
Repeat the operation with the dough and filling remaining, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Remove from the oven and demold
Serve hot or warm
