Soak the wheat in water for 1 hour, then drain and squeeze out excess liquid with your hands
Mix all ingredients well with the wheat, season as needed
Grease a round or rectangular baking dish with olive oil
Spread the mixture into the baking dish and, using a knife, make diagonal markings (as if cutting)
Drizzle with olive oil and bake in a high-powered microwave for 8 minutes
Check if it's cooked
Remove from the microwave and serve with lime zest
