Cut the chicken into thick slices; do not separate them, i.e., do not cut at the bottom
Crush the garlic well and mix it with the butter
Spread this butter generously on both sides of the cut chicken
Place the chicken in a paper bag, twist the top to close it tightly or wrap it in aluminum foil
Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes
When serving each person removes a slice of chicken with cheese
