1 tablespoon of light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley chopped
1 tablespoon of fresh dill chopped
2 teaspoons of ground coriander
1 tablespoon of beef gravy
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 slice of whole grain bread
1 slice of light bread
2 thin slices of chives
Torrado sesame seeds toasted to taste
1 tablespoon of light mayonnaise

Prepare a paste by mixing the light mayonnaise with 1/2 tablespoon of parsley, 1/2 tablespoon of dill, and 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
Knead well and reserve
Do the same with the beef gravy, remaining parsley, dill, coriander, and mustard
Spread the herb paste on both types of bread and then top with seasoned beef gravy
Add chives and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds to taste.
