1 tablespoon of butter
1 small onion finely chopped
1 tomato seedless and chopped
0.5 kg Ground Beef
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
0.5 cup of milk
3 tablespoons of chopped green olives
30 pitted green olives
0.5 cup of breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

Heat the butter in a pan until it's golden brown and then add the onion, cooking until translucent
Add the tomato and cook until the meat is tender
Season with salt and black pepper
Add the flour dissolved in milk and mix well until the meat separates from the pan
Turn off the heat and add the green olives
Let it cool, shape the fritters, and fill each one with a pitted green olive
Dip each fritter in breadcrumbs
Heat the oil well and fry the fritters until they're golden brown.
