Place the ground beef in a bowl
Mince the anchovies and capers and add them to the beef
Add the egg and mix well. Reserve
Fry the onion in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until golden
Combine it with the beef and mix again
Add the breadcrumbs to bind, reserving some for later
Shape four beef patties of equal size and flatten them slightly to about 2cm high
Mix the reserved breadcrumbs with wheat flour on a plate and coat the burgers in this mixture
Fry in hot olive oil until golden
