Grate the two zucchinis finely and reserve
Dissolve the beef broth in the hot milk, then pour the liquid over the grated zucchini
In a mixing bowl, combine the zucchini, beaten eggs, olive oil, all-purpose flour, active dry yeast, salt, and chopped chives
Turn the mixture into a greased and floured cake pan
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 200o for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean
