1 In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil and caramelize the onion
Add the green pepper, tomato puree, and simmer until it's smooth
2 Partly cook the sausages, drain, and cut them into strips
Add to the sauce, season with salt, and stir delicately
Cover the pan, remove from heat, and let reserve
3 In another pan, cook the instant macaroni according to package instructions, drain, and mix it with the sausage and pepper sauce
Sprinkle parsley and serve immediately.
