Dough Mix
4 eggs
2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of grated cheese
1 teaspoon of salt
11 tablespoons of wheat flour
Filling
500g Ricotta Cheese
1 teaspoon of chopped herbs (parsley, thyme, marjoram, oregano)
Salt and pepper to taste
Dough Mix

Filling
500g Ricotta Cheese

Salt and pepper to taste
Beat all the dough ingredients in a blender
Make the crepes in a small non-stick pan greased with butter
Mix the filling ingredients and roll up the crepes
Arrange them on a plate and serve with white sauce or tomato sauce
Heat in the oven and serve immediately
