500g large shrimp
1/3 cup of black olives, pitted
500g long macaroni
5 tablespoons olive oil
Juice from 1/2 lemon
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or chopped fresh parsley
4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
500g large shrimp

Rinse the shrimp, wash, and dry
Cut them in half lengthwise
Remove the pits from the olives and cut them into pieces
Cook the macaroni and set aside
Meanwhile, heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over high heat
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they are pink, stirring occasionally
Add the lemon juice and let it simmer quickly
Remove from heat and reserve
In another pan, heat the remaining olive oil over low heat
Add the garlic and oregano or parsley and cook until the garlic is golden
Do not let it burn
Add the cooked shrimp, olives, and hot macaroni to the pan
Add the parsley, salt, and pepper
Mix well and serve immediately
