1/2 kg of sweet potatoes

1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
1 cup of all-purpose flour for dusting
For dusting:
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 kg of sweet potatoes

Boil the sweet potatoes and mash them in a ricer
Place in a bowl
Make a depression in the center and add the egg yolks, Parmesan cheese, butter or margarine, all-purpose flour, salt, and cinnamon
Mix well with a wooden spoon
Add the all-purpose flour to the mixture until it forms a dough that is easy to handle
Shape into long rolls and cut into 2 cm pieces
Boil in simmering water with 1 pinch of salt for about 2 minutes or until they float to the surface
Place on a baking dish, dust with the all-purpose flour, cinnamon, and Parmesan cheese mixture (if desired)
Add more layers of dough, dust, and repeat until all ingredients are used up
