Soak clean millet sprouts in cold water for 10 minutes. Place them in a large pot, add 1/2 cup of cold water, partially cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and let the water evaporate. Add 1 tablespoon (of oil) of olive oil and 1/8 teaspoon of salt per sprout. Reduce the heat and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, or until the millet is tender.
