250 g chicken breast fillet
2 stalks of sweet herb, cut into small squares
1 small red bell pepper, cut into strips
salt and black pepper to taste
50 g smoked bacon, cut into small cubes

Fry the bacon
Add the chicken breast, and fry until it's firm but still pink inside
Remove from the pan with the bacon bits
Cut the chicken breast into pieces
Add the sweet herb and bell pepper to the pan with the bacon grease and fry for approximately 5 minutes
Season to taste and mix with the chicken breast and bacon
Roll out the dough thinly and cut into rectangles about 10 x 8 cm
Cover with the filling and fold, doubling the two ends together in the middle
Bake in a preheated oven (220°C) for about 15 minutes
Serve as an appetizer or snack
Yields approximately 15-17 rolls.
